This week, our teams from Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Battambang united for the 2024 Reflection and Learning Workshop, focused on:
• To celebrate the whole year organizational achievements of 2024 and to set priorities for the coming year 2025.
• Learning and developing the program implementation plan for year 1 of the new five-year strategic plan 2025-2029.
• To reflect on the program implementation in terms of progress/result, challenges, lesson learns, and implementation plan 2025.
• To strengthen the capacity of all BS’s staff through training in Effective Communication, Critical Thinking, Gender Awareness.
???? Together, we celebrate our achievements in 2024 and gear up to embark on the transformative journey of our 2025-2029 Strategic Plan.
